This is a spectacular property with the Little Desert National Park on one side and other covenanted land on the other. There is plenty of old growth Mallee providing excellent habitat for fauna such as silky mouse. Direct seeding of indigenous species in the past has established well with excellent blossoms that attract many bird species. Wonderful Birdwatching. Powerful Owl and Southern Scrub Robin have been seen. Mallee Fowl mounds on property. Chestnut rumped Heathwren, Purple Gaped Honeyeater and Red Tailed Black Cockatoo have also been observed nearby. Flora includes Yellow Gum, Desert Stringybark, a variety of Mallee species and Oyster Bay Pine. Scarlet Bottlebrush, Desert Banksia, New Holland Daisy, Golden Pennants, Desert Correa and Guinea-flowers are some of the understorey and ground flora species. Bore installed with excellent water quality, new pump available. New shed 3 bays. Complete with caravan and generator on site. A remote and peaceful area.
